The town of Clifton is a cute stroll of small town coziness and homey goodness! And the Clifton cafe is exactly what a downtown breakfast spot ought to be! The cutest patio, a bustling crowd of locals who know what's good, and excellent coffee! We loved getting to chit chat and sip on sweet bevs while listening to the train roll by on nearby tracks and enjoy the late summer Virginia breeze! Our server was so kind, though service took some time since they were busy. But we didn't mind too much, small town nostalgia held us over! So happy to have friends who live nearby this cute cafe and plan to frequent it often.

We loved it so much, we went back twice in one week! My husband and I decided to kick off Labor Day weekend by working from the café on Friday, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The place was buzzing around lunchtime--maybe it was the holiday vibe, but the energy was fantastic! I couldn't resist trying the Short Rib Sandwich with Brie, and it was cooked to perfection! My husband went for the Monte Cristo, which he rated a solid 7/10. I also ordered an Almond Joyous Latte, and it was stellar. Before leaving, we grabbed a crepe to go with peanut butter and Nutella. Although I think they used regular chocolate instead of Nutella, it was still pretty delicious. This spot has quickly become our new go-to--can't wait for our next visit!

This place is the cutest. Great brunch spot. I felt like I was getting out of town, even though it's just 25-min from the mixing bowl.

Such a cute local spot! I made a reservation for brunch (which I highly recommend as it looked quite busy). I got the blueberry pancakes and they were huge! A fluffy stack of pure deliciousness, but I was only able to get through half of it. The blueberry compote on top of the pancakes was sweet and the lemon zest mascarpone was sandwiched between each pancake. The flavors complimented each other incredibly well as is, no syrup needed. I got the crème brûlée latte and it was not favorite. It had a watery and thin texture and was more bitter than expected. All in all, I would definitely stop by again for brunch but maybe skip the coffee.

this place is definitely one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots! The food is amazing, espresso the crepes. I have never been a big crepe person, but when I come here I can never pass on a crepe.

Had a great time here. Surprised it wasn't above 4 stars on yelp. Either way, a cafe located in a cute neighborhood with some other small spots to eat and shop. Arrived around noon on Saturday so there was a bit of a wait but never as long as the time range they say. Ordered a crepe and it came out amazing. The boozy berry cocktail was also extremely refreshing. The fruit they use was very ripe and sweet. Service was also very generous. Would definitely consider coming back to this area and specifically this cafe.

Cute place in downtown Clifton. They have some really tasty specialty lattes, like my favorite, the creme burle. Their breakfast sandwich is also really tasty. They are very popular on the weekends, so reservations via Resy are highly recommended. I wish they opened a little am earlier than 9:00 a.m.

Maddie service was superb! The crepes here are HUGE and made with the freshest ingredients! I wasn't able to take a picture of the breakfast sandwich on a croissant as it was inhaled before I could get one. So maybe next time! Also, your coffee selection is good I had the Almond joyous iced, perfect for this hot summer weather. The Cafe is busy, but the wait time is minimal. We were able to walk in a little before noon on a Sunday and felt fortunate as most seats were taken. It does get noisy, so if you want quite consider an outside seat. Or just relax and listen to the cacophony of music and happy voices.

Another Yelper introduced this gem to me! This cafe is tucked in a quiet quaint historic area. This old house is converted into a dining experience, with several different rooms and an outdoor dining space. The staff were pleasantly patient and accommodating. I ordered a Cafe Mocha which was smooth sweet and lively. The right portions for a sweet caffeine hit! I also had the Portobello Mushroom Sandwich. Served with cheese, spinach, tomato, and a delicate mayo based sauce. Absolutely delicious! Earthy and fresh! The side of potato salad was a great addition! I definitely recommend trying this cafe, it's easily a new favorite of mine!
